At Bearcat Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unopened condition with all factory packaging and accessories included.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all returns to be processed.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a separate shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outer shipping label and send the package via a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit's serial number and condition; approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
